Magical mix bar an ordinary partnership company founded by three members who saw an opportunity to venture for in the industry of hospitality. We aim to make every social gathering a memorable one by bringing the bar to the customer. Our target market includes event planners, adults hosting private parties, corporate events, and festival organisers. Our primary service is providing mobile bars that include complete setup, supply of drinks and professional bartending services. The founders of Magical Mix Mobile Bar are the directors of the company and fill other positions such as Smamukele Zulu being our purchasing manager and driver, Lufuno Malivha being our financial manager and reservationist and Mmeli Yazini being our lead bartender and waiter. Our directors are a team of hospitality management students currently doing their third year, with 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As Magical Mix Mobile Bar we offer a wide range of beverages that would be able to accommodate a variety of guests. Magical Mix Mobile Bar offers three different ranges of beverages which is the standard beverage menu, classic beverage menu and signature beverage menus that is specifically created for a certain type of an event. The main goal of our bar is to ensure that our customers get an experience they will enjoy to the fullest and never forget. We plan to market and promote our company through social media platforms and word-of-mouth. Magical Mix Mobile Bar will be operating on weekdays and on weekends. During weekdays we will be operating from 08:00AM – 17:00PM then during weekends we will be operating from 08:00AM – 14:00PM. The start-up capital of the Magical Mix Mobile Bar is estimated to be around R35 000.00 including all the expenses of the business. The founders of the company will all contribute R11 667 each so that the start-up capital can be raised. According to our financial projections for the first year to the third year we have planned that we will make R40 000.00 for the second year we have planned to make R80 000.00 then for third year we have planned to make R120 000.00 (BizPlanner.AI, 2023). While we were planning our business we also acknowledged the potential risks that would rise, which include problems of getting a liquor license, vehicle breakdowns, not getting the anticipated number of guests, customers that are underage to consume alcohol and fresh products such as garnish getting spoiled. We have created a system that will specifically focus on effectively eliminating those risks to rise. We will have to strictly ask customers to produce their ID upon entering our establishment to ensure that there are no underage guests who will be consuming alcohol. As Magical Mix Mobile Bar we will also secure our stock at hand and vehicle by opening an insurance to cover them from unforeseen situations so that we can ensure continuity for our company. We honestly believe that if we would have such systems established, our company can withstand any challenges that come our way.
